According to the American Psychological Association, nearly 1 in 4 adults reported drinking more during the pandemic and beyond to manage daily stress—and women were disproportionately affected.
This growing trend isn’t without consequences. The CDC reports that alcohol increases a woman’s risk of breast cancer, heart disease, and liver problems—even at moderate levels of drinking.
Behind the stats are real women—moms, daughters, leaders—quietly feeling stuck, exhausted, and unsure how to break the cycle.
So far, more than 250,000 women have received the Happy Hour Survival Guide—a free, practical tool that helps women pause, reflect, and choose a new path forward.
But the journey doesn’t stop there. Each woman is invited into our Free Sober Sis Community—a safe, off-social media with live workshops, resources, and sisterhood. This is where real transformation happens.
Our goal is big—but personal: Equip 1 million women by 2026 with the support, tools, and truth they need to live with clarity and intention—free from the mental weight of alcohol.
You can be part of that ripple effect. Just $10/month helps us reach another woman who’s ready to find freedom.
What began as a journey to help women rethink their relationship with alcohol through SoberSis has grown into a larger mission: to inspire connection, generosity, and purpose. The Sober Sis Quest Foundation is a space where personal transformation meets collective impact.
We envision a world where women feel supported, connected, and equipped to live with purpose.
